this program is nearly exactly what I've been looking for for some time now, the only detail missing is a bit aesthetic and mundane but it would really be the icing on the cake to me, and perhaps some others if they thought about it. when you right click and select the server/directory you wish to send your selected items, and it normally pops up the status window, I would kill for a way to have it minimized by default, to taskbar would work, but to tray would be freakin perfect. it disappears after completion anyway, so all you would be losing is the visual display of progress, but that could easily be shown while it's minimized in a tray icon with mouseover statuses.
obviously not everyone would likely want this functionality by default so it would need to be an option to toggle.
oh well, thats my two cents, not that I expect you to consider this, but I'm yet to find anything else that does all this so I'm still happy
