Title: Need option to push source file date & time to the ftp server

When we upload a file, no mater how old it is, the copy on the ftp server has the current date and time.  It would be most helpful if there was an option to have the copy's date/time set to the source's date/time once the upload completes.  (Similar to time-stamping in WGet and WPut.)

I will try to add an option for this to the next version, but it will only work if your FTP server supports this kind of operation.
