Title: Rightload 1.7.1 Flickr Failire

I have been attempting to upload to my Flickr account. Rightload is authorized for Flickr via Flickr account settings but I get the following error when it reaches the end of each upload. Imageshack works just fine (hence this photo)
Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks
