I am looking into this, but Mediafire does not seem to provide a public API for uploading, which is what would be required to write a plugin for them. I have contacted them now and will let you know what they say.

I got a reply from them now - they don't have an Upload API and also don't sound like they are planning on creating one. Unfortunately, I won't be able to write a plugin in that case. Sorry!
