Title: Auto-Sort Rules Not Working?

Am I missing something or does auto-sort not work?

I've synchronized directories, I've set up the rules (ie jpg to /images, rar to /downloads), and it's still uploading to the root directory.

Suggestions?

Did you upload the files via "Upload with auto-sort" from the context menu? Auto-sort isn't enabled by default.

Is that something that can be changed--like if you set auto-sort rules it'll enable auto-sort? I can't think of any reasons why you would have rules set but you wouldn't want to use them.

I think I'll add a checkbox or something like that to the next version, so you can choose whether you want to use auto-sort or not.
