Rightload - Official Forums / Please make Rightload open source

Rightload is one of my favorite tools and I use it a lot.  If Rightload is not going to be developed anymore, please make it open source.  Even if it will be developed in the future, please make it open source anyway.  There is a lot of stuff that can be done to improve it and that will happen quicker in the open source community.
Rightload - Official Forums / No longer working with Yahoo FTPS severs
« Last post by got an idea on May 01, 2013, 02:01:17 PM »
Yahoo servers recently switched over to FTPS and I can no longer use rightload with my server.

I have tried all the settings I could think of in rightload but the SFTP setting just times out and the normal FTP mode says you shall not pass.

This really sucks since I have come to count on rightload. If it can't be made to work does anyone have a suggestion for a similar program?

Rightload - Official Forums / Feature Request: Image resize settings!
« Last post by ci5ic on August 18, 2012, 01:05:17 AM »
Would love to see one or both of these changes:

Firstly, this program really needs separate image resize settings for each server... don't know why this is only a global option. Even just having the ability to enable/disable it per server would be helpful.

If that can't be done, how about a command line switch to enable/disable resize? like "--noresize" or "--resize(1200,800)"

Thanks for your time!

I have also noticed this... It appears to me that the resizing process also does a little sharpening of the image, and this can make images look grainy.
General / Activation e-mail

I know I should probably just read my e-mail more carefully, but a suggestion when sending the account activation e-mail: Make the very first URL the one to activate the new account, not a link to reset your password.

It is still doing this on 2.0.1.

Oh Boy!  No answers to posts in over 4 months?  Oooh, that's not a good sign.  That's really too bad because Rightload is such a great concept.  I really want to use it with Imageshack.

Anyway, I'm having this same problem.

confirmed....happens to me also...looks like imageshack maybe changed their policies or something.

tinypic has also changed the way you upload to them now...they've stopped automated uploads.

rightload will become obsolete at this rate...:(

any way to resolve these issues 'nk' ?
