Features request for portable mode

-Tools > Options > Advanced > When finished, minimize
-Tools > Options > Advanced > When finished, minimize to system tray
-Tools > Options > Advanced > Add to context menu

Also:

- saving window size (the Directory textbox is veryshort, I'll need increase window width each time).
- rename file before uploading (it is useful for uploading via command line from another programs, like SnageIt)
