Hello, I just took over this site admin and i am slowly learning the ropes. I am trying to load a .wma audio file onto the site but i seem to have two issues. 1. it always wants me to create a new directory anytime i try to load it dispite putting in the directory name. 2. when i do create the new directory and upload that says "could not open data connetion port 50003: connection time out"
these may be really simple i am kinda a newb at all this.

The first problem might actually be cause by the second problem, since Rightload will always try to create a new directory but fail.

The second problem might be an issue with the setting 'use passive mode'. Try to select the server you want to upload to in the options (Tools -> Options -> Servers) and check the box for 'use passive mode' if it is unchecked or uncheck it if it is checked.
